The most useful thing you can send us. If a country page is out of date, misreads a regulation, or misses a source that changes the picture, tell us, ideally with a link to the primary document. We revise quickly and update the review date on the page.

This is especially valuable if you work inside one of the regimes we describe. Regulators' published positions and their supervisory practice are not always the same thing, and practitioners are usually the first to know when they diverge.

Jurisdictions we haven't covered

The tracker is expanding. If your country is missing and you can point us at the relevant authority or circular, that shortcuts most of the research.

Questions about your own migration

Recurring questions often become articles, which is the useful way to answer them. This site does not give jurisdiction-specific legal or compliance advice (see what this is not).
